Shaw has loved the arts since she was a child. Initially, her interest was music where she played instruments and sang with various groups and choirs. Her focus later changed to writing, then producing and directing theatrical productions. Not only is Shaw creative, but she’s a savvy business woman. Her experience dates back to 1998 and she’s held a variety of positions within the entertainment world including Director of Theater & Fine Arts, Business Manager, Executive Director, Playwright, Producer, Director, and Executive Producer to name a few. Aside from her love of theatre, Monique is an accomplished Human Resource professional with over 25 years experience in HR management for small businesses and large corporations. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management – Organizational Learning & Performance. Shaw was named the winner of the 2017 Amazing Entrepreneur Contest – Pre-venture category for writing a business plan to develop a new arts and entertainment center. MSP was founded by Shaw in 2008. |
Darrlynn TurnerProductionDarrlynn Turner is an avid supporter of the arts and has been a part of MSP since 2009. She came to MSP's first production and has been one of our biggest cheerleaders since. Turner has held many roles to include Executive Assistant, Props Manager, House Manager, and Stage Manager.
Turner is also an experienced customer service professional with expertise in customer support, office management, program coordination and management, and property management. |
Carlos TurnerProductionCarlos Turner is a DJ, audio technician, and poet. He is the CEO of Freedom Solutions, LLC, an entertainment company featuring Mocha Nights, After the Vows, and TriPart Entertainment. On the recommendation of his wife Darrlynn, Turner joined the MSP family in 2013 and has become a dedicated member of the team. He's held positions as Sound Technician, Props Manager, DJ, Set Builder, and Stage Assistant.

Deborah WatsonBox Office ManagerDeborah Watson has a proven record in managing Human Resources and administrative matters with 30+ years of experience. Watson is a licensed minister and has completed studies in theology. In addition, she has served as MSP’s Administrative Manager and Box Office Manager since 2014.

Dante SellersActor/ProductionDante Sellers has been incorporated in arts since he was five years old. From acting, hosting, or speaking, Sellers has a been passionate about being a servant for the community on stage or in front of a camera. Sellers has also focused his life on fighting social injustices and establishing equality for all. Sellers, Founder of Stay Smooth LLC, uses his creative vision to produce events, workshops, and productions to highlight black excellence while “re-educating” communities on the importance of African American history.
Sellers received his of Bachelor of Arts in Theater & Film Production at the prestigious Saint Augustine’s University in 2012. He was also Spectacular Magazine 2011 Man of The Year: Emerging Leader category. Sellers joined MSP in 2018 and currently resides in Stone Mountain, GA. |
Maquita EatonActor/ProductionMaquita Eaton has loved the arts since she was a young girl. She believes being able to connect to another’s soul while being able to entertain is such an amazing gift. Eaton attended Howard University where she earned a BA in Journalism and minored in Theatre Arts and was a part of a few student film productions and helped with set design for stage productions. While at Howard Eaton interned at the college radio station and a local radio station and TV station, assisting with programming, promotion and social media management. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She also received theatrical training at the Chicago Actor’s Studio.
Eaton’s 10 years of experience in Media and Marketing and passion for the arts give MSP a unique edge in reaching our desired target audience in a meaningful way. She joined MSP in 2018 and has become an integral part of the team. |
Queshan HayesActor/ProductionQueshan Hayes attended Furman University where he studied writing and journalism. Upon moving to Atlanta, he worked in various Customer Service management positions while pursuing acting and writing. He later joined Delta Air Lines in 2002 as a Performance Leader for customer service and ticketing agents. In 2007, he transferred to In Flight Field Service Manager where he served as a leader of 175 Flight Attendants. Currently he is a flight attendant where he continues to work as the Flight Leader on many flights.
Creatively, he has published two books; one novel and one book of poetry. He enjoys acting and spoken word poetry. He has received a certificate of achievement from Harvard University online course: “Prediction X,” received The Good Life Literacy Merit Award, completed a Six Weeks Intensive Author Bootcamp and is also certified in the Fundamentals of HIV Prevention Counseling developed by the CDC. Writing continues to be his passion along with helping others to see that the best is yet to come! Queshan joined MSP in 2010. |
Sabrina Quinn-ManzyActor/ProductionSabrina Quinn-Manzy holds a BA in Theatre from The University of Michigan and is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts - NY. She has traveled the country doing interactive theatre and has played a diverse range of characters including ‘Andromache’ in Trojan Women, 'Lady In Purple’ in For Colored Girls, and ‘Elizabeth’ in Laundry and Bourban. This talented actress has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with seasoned professionals such as Debbie Morgan, Jackee Harry, and Don D.C. Curry. Sabrina joined MSP in 2011 and is excited to return to the stage once again!

Fredricka KinlowActorFrom an early age, “special” has been one of the best words to describe Fredricka "Free" Kinlow. As it were, her life also fulfills the many meanings of this word. Since the tender age of eight, Kinlow has demonstrated a level of talent far above her peers as well as a keen God-given intuition about people and life.
She recalls falling in love with performing after perfectly reciting Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream Speech at 8-years-old. This love affair with the lime-light has manifested in major acting credits over the last 20 years including: more than 20 plays such as Shakespeare’s Madea, Dream Girls and The Wiz. She toured with the most sold out stage play in the nation “Beauty Shop” Diva’s Unleashed by the Godfather of Urban Theater Shelly Garrett where she plays Margaret. She has also appeared on television in Detroit 187 and Drop-Dead Diva which aired on the Lifetime network. Kinlow joined the cast of Will A Real Man Please Stand! in 2010 and has been a dedicated member of MSP ever since. |
Vickie CarltonActorVickie Carlton joined the MSP team in 2019. She has always had a passion for theatre and began her acting career while in high school. Since that time, she has honed her craft by studying theatre and film at The Alliance Theatre and other respected acting schools in the Atlanta area.
Carlton has an upbeat and energetic style, but also adds a sympathetic, caring, and calm nature to her roles offering a wide range of versatility in the type of characters that she can portray. She has performed in several stage plays produced by The Atlanta Bar Foundation and held the lead role in a two-person stage play at the 14th Street Playhouse where she portrayed several characters. In addition, Carlton is an outstanding vocalist. In her spare time, Vickie manages her law firm, The Carlton Sadler Law Group, LLC. |
Eddie OliverActorSpoken Word Artist, Eddie Oliver has graced many stages with his resonating sultry voice that can be felt in the soul and melts the hearts and ears of his listeners. He has captivated fans from all walks of life while performing at grand events throughout the country. His smooth yet melodic, urban poetry has blessed audiences from The National Black Arts Festival, to The Nuyorican Poets Café, and everything in between. His song I Just Want to Live was featured on the CD compilation Fusion: A Blend of Poetry and Music which was distributed by Malaco Records. His intoxicating lyrical gift is also featured on all 11 songs of the Lee Williams and The Spirtual QC’s, God’s Groove! The Remix CD. His very own spoken word CD entitled Poetic Soul: Mirror Images of Eddie Oliver is laced with Hip-Hop, Jazz, and soulful rhythms. It is exalted by many as a masterpiece, a certified classic. His follow up CD entitled Street Corner Soul is just as masterful. Eddie is also a rising star on the theatrical scene. Among his countless honors was his directorial debut of the hit musical stage play, Little Black Girl’s Blues, which received rave reviews. He also received a best supporting actor nomination for his role as 'Neland' in the stage play, The Apartment by Shut Up And Act Productions. He has also played the lead role in the hit Gospel stage play Daddy If You Only Knew, A Dance of Fatherhood, and Diante’s Hell where his smooth yet melodic urban poetry was featured. Eddie joined MSP in 2014.

Manson ThomasActor/ProductionManson Thomas is excited to be working with MSP. He is originally from Terrell, Texas he fell in love with acting in High School. He received his Associate's Degree in Fine Arts from the Kim Dawson Acting Conservatory in Dallas, Texas. He has performed on stage for Lynette Blackwell’s Who's Sleeping in My Bed and was a part of the 30th Anniversary of Shelly Garrett’s Beauty Shop: Divas Unleashed.
Manson also enjoys everything about the film and television industry. Desiring to learn more, Manson expanded his knowledge through studying post-production at Clayton State Film and Digital Media programs where he met and was mentored by Tommy Stein, Peter Swanson and several other inspired filmmakers. He has been a part of great projects for film including the web-series A Just Cause, and featured in a couple of short films including A Little Gifted, Heart of Hearts, and The Trap. Manson joined MSP in 2018. |
Troy BlandActorTroy Bland a native New Yorker has had a passion for acting since his youth. After completing several theater arts courses at the City College of New York, he moved to Georgia, where he also later became a youth minister. His accomplishments includes being a runway model, featured in independent films, and several stage plays - Will A Real Man Please Stand!, The Soul Of A Man, August Wilson's Fences, just to name a few. He was featured in several television shows such as the Lifetime movie "A Trip to Bountiful", "Red Band Society “and TV One’s "Fatal Attraction". He was totally excited to be featured as one of the marchers in the Golden Globe Nominee/Winner movie "SELMA". Troy loves networking and encourages others not to give up on their dreams. "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me". Troy was a member of the original cast of Will A Real Man Please Stand! in 2009 and has been a part of the MSP family every since.

Evette WatkinsActorEvette Renee is a local performer from Snellville, GA. After graduating from Georgia State University, she began to pursue her singing and acting career full time, as well as participating in musical theatre. Aside from performing, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and hopes to inspire the world with her sound. Evette joined MSP in 2019.

Tyaire CharlesActorTyaire, born in the city of Brotherly Love, now resides in Georgia. He enjoyed reading independently at the tender age of 4. Fostering his passion for reading, drastically enhanced his creativity and imagination. Tyaire, at the age of 5, used his shower time as a platform to musically express himself through singing. He joined MSP in 2018 and looks forward to gracing the stage once again.
