General Ticket Information
Advance Ticket Sales
It is highly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance for best show selection and to avoid lines. Advance ticket sales end two (2) hours before show time. After the end of advance sales, all tickets must be purchased at the door (if available). Please print your receipt and bring a copy to the Box Office. Your tickets may be picked up at Will Call.
Purchasing Tickets at the Door
Cash, debit, and credit cards will be accepted at the door (if available). No checks will be accepted.
Children's Tickets
If your child will be attending the show, you will need to purchase a ticket for any child over the age of three (3) years old who will occupy a seat.
Box Office
While our Business Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, Box Office staff will be available on show dates to assist customers with ticket purchases. The Box Office at the venue typically opens one (1) hour before the show, but staff will be available from 1pm to 6pm on show dates to assist customers via phone or email. Box Office & Theatre Policies
Refunds & Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable. In case of a cancellation, ticket purchases will be fully refunded. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless MSP cancels the performance. If a performance is cancelled, we will make every effort to notify you of cancellation. Exchanges, at the Box Office Manager's discretion, may be allowed if there are multiple dates of the performance and seats are available. The Box Office will not allow exchanges between different shows.
Seating and Late Seating
MSP performances start promptly as scheduled! It is recommended that you plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the show to allow for traffic, parking, weather, or other unexpected delays. The house will open approximately 30 minutes prior to the show. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for latecomers arriving after show time. Late seating is at the discretion of the theatre. Please make every effort to arrive early. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until the earliest possible break in the performance, which in some cases may not be until intermission. The same is true for anyone who has excused themselves from the performance for any reason and wishes to return to the auditorium. It is also asked that anyone who must leave the auditorium wait until there is a break in the performance.
Photography, Recording and Electronic Devices
Please silence all electronic devices. Flash photography and video taping is not permitted during the show. Patrons found video taping performance will be asked to stop recording, delete the recording, and may be removed from the performance. No refunds will be given to patrons removed from the performance.
Disabled Patrons
If you need assistance or have a special accommodation request due to a disability, please notify our Box Office Manager at least three (3) days prior to the show so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
